My name is Kimberly Kral and I am currently a first year student at the New England Culinary Institute, studying Baking and Pastry Arts. I have several years of experience in the food industry, working at a tavern style restaurant and advancing to a fine dining establishment. In both restaurants I focused mainly on dessert production. I have always had more of a connection with baking; I find a sense of calmness hidden in a recipe, and get to express my creativity in the decoration. While here at NECI I hope to develop all of the skills needed to be an exceptional baker.
