Each day in Baking I we were required to make one of the seven different types of cookies. On day four we made tuile cookies. This is a cookie made from butter, confectioners sugar, egg whites, vanilla and cake flour. You can make
stencils to create different shapes. Once you have chosen your desired shape you bake them for about 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Once they are done baking you need to be quick with getting them off of the sheet tray because you can manipulate the shape even further by wrapping them around a rolling pin (example shown in photo farthest to the left)
